SHIPPING

There will be a shipping and handling charge on orders under $300.00. There are some items on this site that don’t have free shipping. Those items will say no free shipping in the description.

We ship our products with UPS Ground. UPS Ground ships Monday through Friday. Shipping around the holiday season may be delayed because UPS is closed for major holidays. We will ship to any state in the continental U.S. No shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. UPS tracking numbers are emailed to you upon shipping your order.

USPS – We understand that some homes can only receive delivery to PO Boxes, so call our toll free number 1-877-587-4150 to tell us to ship USPS. Due to credit card fraud we can only ship to the credit card holders address so it must match the P.O. Box address on the credit card.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Credit Cards – Natures Hydroponic Supplies accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card. In order to help deter growing credit card fraudulence usage, all credit card purchases must be shipped to the card holders billing address. Credit card orders are processed at the time of shipping.

Money orders - You can purchase products with money a money order or cashiers check. Call our toll free number 1-877-587-4150 to place your orders. We will calculate your order plus shipping and handling and call back to tell you how much to send the same day. As soon as we receive your money order or cashiers check we will ship your order. You can use UPS or FedEx to send your money order or cashiers check faster.We can ship to any address you would like with this payment option.

Personal Checks - We accept personal checks, but your order wont be processed until the check clears, 5-7 business days.

If you use money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks call us wit the tracking number, just in case it gets lost we can track it for you.

5% sales tax will be added to Maine residents orders!!!

Orders shipped to PO Boxes will take longer (7-10 days)

Packaging - Rest assured your order will be delivered safely. We spare no expense on packaging. Orders are packed in plain boxes.
