Return Policy

Natures Hydroponic Supplies guarantees your satisfaction for all items ordered online, by phone or purchased in our store. You must pay return shipping cost for items you just don’t want plus a 20% restocking fee. If we ship the wrong item then there will be no charges whatsoever.  Items must be in their original packaging in “as-new” condition. If packaging is not in “as-new” condition then the item will not be accepted for return. You have 30 days from the date of sale to return your product.

All returns must have a RMA # (return merchandise authorization #). When you call for the RMA # we will inquire as to your reason for the return. Items without a RMA # will be returned to sender. Call 1-877-587-4150 for your RMA #.
